The house
The house was originally built in 1895 by the church of Verona
as a seminary and a summer residence for the bishop. It was
not much used and in 1950 the church sold it. From then it
became a wine producing farm with the addition at the back
of "la tinassara" literally the vator cask cellar. ther word
tina is the conic shaped vat used for the grapes at the initial
stage of wine-making.
In 1975 it was abandone until in 1988 it was bought by the
present owners as a family home. Shortly after that they converted
two rooms to make them available to guests, this conversion
continued without loosing the natural warm enviroment of the
house.

Geo-position
of the house
The house was build following the underground water supplies,
the main walls are above these pipes and none of the rooms
which are in their originl position, are crossed by the
water lines, the beds in every room are placed with respect
to these lines.

Beds and materas
Beds are interely made by wood and the materass are made
by "microcell", which is an anallergic and inorganic material;
been an inorganic material assure maximum hygien. Those
materas are naturally firm and steel spring are not used
to avoid any magnetic influence to the uman body are made
by anallergic and hygienic product.

Electro-magnetic
field control
Each room is provided by an automatic cut-off switch, so
that all electrical cable distributed into the room, are
always disconnected automatically unless used. The only
electric line always connected is the mini bar supply; his
line can be isolated manually if is wished.
Building
materials for restructuration
All building materials used are natural and were has been
possible we have recicled the old materials partaining
to the house; generally building recontruction has been
made with sand and "calce" on the place of sand and cement;
only when essential resistence strucuturs had to be made,
we used cement.

Water
The water available in the house is from a natural source
and it is treated with a magnetic field which make the
water diuretic and light.
